Your RoleAs a Senior General Accountant, you will:Job DescriptionReconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports.Support internal reporting processes, including revenue, bookings and backlog reporting, and cash flow analysis, to inform financial strategy and decision-making.Maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial policies and external regulations.Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.QualificationsProven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role of more than 5 years of experience.Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software like Epicor, Dynamics 365, OneStream and Hyperion, etc.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on different projects during the day.Mindful of Deadlines.Technology Savvy is requiredAbout MicroSourcingWith over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.Our commitment to 100% YOUMicroSourcing firmly believes that our company's strength lies in our people's diversity and talent.
