About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As the Senior Governance Advisor you will be at the heart of ACC's governance function, ensuring our Board Committees and Executive Team receive the highest standard of advisory and secretariat support. This role is all about enabling strong, transparent decision making through robust governance systems, processes, and frameworks. You'll work closely with the Governance Lead and Governance Advisor to deliver seamless engagement between ACC teams, the Board, and Executive leadership. From maintaining the Committees and Groups governance policy and electronic board books to planning agendas and recording accurate minutes, you'll help create a governance environment that is sustainable, compliant, and future-focused. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity located in Wellington.
