You’ll translate the brand system into social templates, album/single covers, lyric slides, motion graphics, tour assets, and everything in between—using AI tools to speed up iteration, not to replace your taste.What You’ll DoOwn and maintain the Maverick City visual system (type, color, layout, usage rules).Design:Single/album coversThumbnailsSocial templatesTour and event artworkLyric and lower-third templatesUse experience and AI tools to:Generate concept variations quickly.Resize/adapt designs to multiple formats (stories, posts, banners, etc.).Work closely with the Social Lead and Editors to keep a consistent aesthetic across platforms.Build a simple “Brand Bible” and easy-to-use templates for internal teams and vendors.Occasionally direct freelancers when extra capacity is needed.What You’ll Bring4+ years of design experience (music, brand, or entertainment preferred).Strong portfolio that shows taste, restraint, and modern sensibility (no cheesy church flyers).High proficiency in Adobe CC / Figma and comfort with AI design/asset tools.Understanding of designing for mobile-first, vertical environments.Ability to work under pressure and still ship on time.Bonus PointsMotion graphics skills (basic text animation, lyric videos, social motion).Experience building or refreshing brand systems from scratch.Familiarity with worship/gospel/aesthetics and how to push them forward.
