Job SummaryThe Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing visually impactful creative assets for realme Egypt’s marketing campaigns — from social media and digital ads to offline activations and key visuals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong visual storytelling, and an understanding of youth trends and brand aesthetics.Key Responsibilities● Lead the creative direction and visual development for campaigns across social media, digital, retail, and OOH.● Design key visuals, product launches, and brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.● Collaborate closely with the marketing, digital, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.● Work on product packaging, POS materials, and promotional graphics for partners and key accounts.● Develop visuals for special campaigns (product launches, KOC contests, influencer campaigns, and offline events like Mall activations, e.g.,).● Supervise junior designers or agency deliverables, ensuring high design quality and adherence to timelines.● Stay updated on design trends, digital innovation, and competitors’ visual communication.● Ensure all visuals align with realme’s global brand guidelines while adapting them for the Egyptian market.Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.● 4+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in tech, FMCG, or lifestyle brands).● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).● Strong understanding of social media design formats and motion graphics.● Experience in branding, typography, color theory, and campaign layout design.● Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.● A creative, trend-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.● Photography or 3D design skills are a plus.● Previous experience in smartphone or electronics brands is an advantage.What We Offer● A dynamic, youthful, and creative environment.● The opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns for one of Egypt’s top smartphone brands.● Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.● Social and medical insurance.● Exposure to regional and global design collaboration.● Full-time position based in Nasr City, Cairo.
