About the RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketer to lead demand generation for a U.S.-based B2B HR tech company. In this role, you’ll design, test, and optimize the marketing engine that drives qualified leads and revenue. Your work will directly impact how we attract and convert prospects across digital channels, campaigns, and account-based initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and external agencies, while being supported by a peer focused on talent-side (B2D) growth.About You● You have experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.● You’re passionate about experimentation, analytics, and growth loops.● You know how to communicate with cross-functional teams and vendors.● You’re capable of solving problems using data, automation, and structured testing.What You’ll Be Doing● Plan and manage the channel mix, budgets, and pacing to hit pipeline goals.● Run A/B/n tests across ads, landing pages, and emails to optimize conversion.● Enforce clean tracking and build decision-ready dashboards in Looker Studio.● Design and iterate workflows across the funnel (MCL → MQL → SAL → SQL).● Activate and track ABM campaigns in partnership with Sales.● Align campaigns across content, webinars, emails, and paid channels.● Translate business needs into briefs for creative and performance agencies.● Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.What We’re Looking For● Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset.● Ability to prioritize and manage projects independently.● Clear and effective communication in English (C1 level or higher).Technical RequirementsMust-Haves:● 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth roles.● Strong knowledge of paid channel strategy (search, social, display).● Expertise in CRM automation, lead scoring, lifecycle nurtures, and SLAs.● Experience with funnel analytics and reporting (Looker Studio, Supermetrics).Benefits● Unlimited PTO● Mexico national holidays● Yearly performance bonus● Cessation bonus● Private health insurance● Dental and vision coverage● Internet stipend● Remote work model● Company-provided computer after 90 daysNice-to-Haves:● Familiarity with HR tech or recruitment platforms.● Skills in UX writing and basic HTML/CSS for landing pages.● Knowledge of SEO/AEO strategies and email deliverability best practices.● Ability to work with marketing data tools (joins, blends, dashboards).
