We operate at Silicon Valley speed and are building a team of high-performing professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Position Overview:We are seeking an outstanding Senior Growth Marketing Specialist who can confidently manage both customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, adaptable and eager to make a real impact. You must have exceptional spoken and written English skills, as you will represent NEXLAW.AI to both clients and the broader market. This is a fully remote position, but you must be available to work core hours in the US Eastern Time Zone. Key Responsibilities:Partner with the founder and content team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.Create compelling, high-quality content for emails, blog content, webinars, tutorials and more to drive leads.Support the launch of new features and products with effective go-to-market strategies.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Monitor marketing performance, analyze results and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.Lead onboarding sessions and ensure clients quickly become confident users of our platform.Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, both verbal and written.Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.Resolve customer issues efficiently, always striving to exceed expectations and minimize churn.Analyze customer data to enhance the user experience and report key insights to the team.Convert leads into clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking.Meet or exceed sales targets and track performance using CRM tools.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking leads, opportunities and client interactions.Key Requirements:1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles (legal tech or SaaS preferred).1+ years in marketing (content creation, social media, or campaigns).Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Very fluent English in oral and written communicationProficiency with CRM software and sales tools.Ability to work independently and reliably during US Eastern Time. What We Offer:Opportunity to lead sales growth in a fast-growing legal tech company.Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.Exposure to the U.S. legal tech market and high-level industry connections.
