Senior Healthcare IT Solutions Consultant (EMR/EHR Sales & Implementation)

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Healthcare IT Solutions Consultant specializing in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support healthcare organizations—including hospitals, clinics, and individual physicians—in adopting world-class digital healthcare solutions.The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare domain knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the technical ability to understand hospital workflows. This role involves full-cycle engagement from lead generation, product demonstration, requirement analysis, solution presentation, and contract negotiation to deployment coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for EMR/EHR solution adoption.Conduct strategic prospecting, cold outreach, facility visits, and relationship building.Present EMR/EHR capabilities aligned with the client’s clinical, administrative, and financial requirements.Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, scope, and service agreements.2. Product Demonstration & Requirement GatheringConduct detailed demonstrations of EMR/EHR modules including OPD, IPD, LIS, RIS, Pharmacy, Billing, Inventory, HR, and Analytics.Understand clinical workflows such as patient registration, triage, documentation, investigations, prescriptions, discharge, and billing cycles.Document client requirements and match them with product functionalities.Advise clients on digital workflow best practices and compliance standards.3. Client Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with hospital directors, medical officers, administrators, doctors, and department heads.Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries before and after the sale.Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and evaluate expansion opportunities.4. Implementation CoordinationCollaborate with the implementation team to plan smooth onboarding, data migration, configuration, and training.Ensure clear communication between clients and technical team regarding features, timelines, and customization requirements.Monitor implementation progress and support the client until successful system launch.5.
