Location :- Abu Dhabi (Main Head Office)Mazrui International seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a proven track record of leading HRMS implementations (such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar). Acting as a strategic advisor, the role ensures HR technology solutions enhance efficiency, data integrity, employee experience, and business decision-making. The HRBP will also provide guidance on key HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR operations to ensure integrated people solutions.Key Responsibilities/Duties :- HRMS / ERP Implementation & HR Digital TransformationLead the full lifecycle implementation of HRMS/ERP — from requirements gathering and system design to testing, rollout, and post-implementation optimization., ensuring the system meets business requirements and HR objectives.Collaborate with IT, HR Leaders, and external consultants/vendors to define the scope, objectives, functionality and timelines of the HRMS implementation.Oversee system configuration, testing, data migration, and integration with other business systems (e.g., Payroll, Finance, Learning Management Systems).Manage the project plan and ensure the HRMS implementation stays on track, within budget, and aligns with organizational goals.Develop workflows and digital solutions that enhance HR efficiency, data integrity, and employee self-service experience.Work with HR teams to develop user-friendly HRMS solutions, improving HR process automation, employee self-service, and reporting capabilities.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system effectiveness and address any gaps or improvements needed.Ensure HRMS scalability and adaptability to support future business growth and HR needs.Utilize HR analytics and dashboards for real-time workforce insights and decision-making.Conduct training for HR staff and end-users to ensure they can effectively use the HRMS and ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and audits.Manage HRMS data integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Champion HR process automation and digital transformation, ensuring scalability to support future organizational growth.Strategic HR Business PartneringProvide advisory support on Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, and performance programs, ensuring alignment with HRMS data and corporate objectives.Support performance management initiatives, employee engagement, and talent development programs.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and HR policies across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for alignment of payroll, rewards, and HR data.Ability & SkillsProven expertise in HRMS/ERP implementation and HR digital transformation.Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits, performance frameworks, and core HRBP responsibilities.Data-driven mindset with analytics, reporting, and dashboard skills.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to influence leadership and drive adoption of HR systems and processes.Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Experience At least 5-6 years of proven experience in leading the HRMS implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, MS Dynamics etc.).Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects.Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and analysis.Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR digital transformation trends.Additional KnowledgeMust be well acquainted with UAE labour law & immigration procedure.PC literate in MS OfficeKnowledge of HRISKnowledge of best HR regional practice in similar industriesKnowledge of Pay & Benefits trend in UAEAcademic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).Please apply by attaching your CV only if you have relevant experience and qualificationsDue to high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
