Reporting to the Regional HR Director, your mission is to act as a senior strategic partner to managers, shaping a people strategy centered that aligns with business goals and enables long-term success.You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, leveraging your experience and business acumen to coach, counsel, and influence on people-related matters.Working collaboratively across the HR community, you will help ensure that our people programs are well aligned, effectively implemented, and deliver real business impact.Ingredients: Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain partnerships with managers to create a business- and data-driven People Agenda. Advise leaders on people recruitment (high volume) and people growth strategies and initiatives to support retention and development of key talent. Manage the payroll preparation and follow up for the BENELUX region through external providers (Officient, EY) ensuring accuracy of data and timeline. Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda to identify trends, share recommendations, and adapt as needed. Facilitate employee engagement planning processes with business leaders and drive action. Develop a deep understanding of key talent and support leaders in ensuring strong development plans are in place. Identify learning and development needs and collaborate with the Talent team to design effective solutions. Understand HR programs and ensure they are well implemented within the business, coaching leaders on their role in achieving successful outcomes. Partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and integrity. The Perfect BlendWhat We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Management. 7–10 years of professional HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role in an international company. MANDATORY to ensure your integration and support the teams : Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch & French. A structured, independent, and agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change. Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance empathy and assertiveness. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a talent for managing multiple priorities. Proven success coaching and advising leaders at various levels of the organization. High integrity, good judgment, and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. You are expected to travel regularly in the Breda, NL location and amongst our stores in the BENELUX region (about 25% of the time).
