Our client is a global leading North American Food Manufacturing organisation. This is an amazing opportunity to work in their flag ship site.The Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and personnel in a diverse and inclusive environment. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Responsibilities will include:Supporting the line managers with the provision of generalist adviceReviewing and developing a contemporary suite of HR policies and proceduresEmployee relations including performance management, grievances and disciplinaries including case management and investigationsRecruitmentOnboardingInterpretation of required industrial toolsSupporting learning and developmentSupporting the implementation of engagement and retention strategiesRaising contracts and amending contracts where requiredSite based travel for dispute resolutionWhat you'll need to succeedThis is a true HR position.
