If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career and make a significant impact within our organization, we invite you to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesLead the recruitment efforts by developing effective strategies to attract, select, and onboard high-quality candidatesProvide HR support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations issuesDesign and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledgeMaintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practicesDrive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace cultureHands on experience in Organizational Development (OD)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; At least 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance managementStrong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor laws a must and good understanding of the Saudi labor Law and HR complianceExperience with HR metrics, data analysis, and reportingExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapportProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projectsTalent Acquisition Experience in organizational development and change management is a plusGood excellent Command of English
