Senior HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a technically skilled Senior HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist support our HubSpot operations and drive excellence across multiple international markets. Based in our Sofia office, you will play a central role in ensuring our HubSpot platform supports scalable growth, efficient processes, and data-driven decision-making across the Vaekstkapital Group.This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution — someone who can translate business needs into streamlined HubSpot design, implement best practices, and lead complex cross-functional projects from start to finish.Your responsibilities:Lead onboarding, implementation, migration, and integration projects across all HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and CRM).Design, optimize, and maintain automated workflows, data, and reporting to ensure seamless operations across business units.Translate business requirements into HubSpot, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations that enhance performance and visibility.Manage and improve lead management, supporting collaboration between marketing and sales teams.Lead cross-departmental projects that connect HubSpot to external systems and tools.Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to measure marketing and sales performance.Train, guide, and support team members in HubSpot usage and process adoption, ensuring operational alignment across regions.Stay ahead of HubSpot innovations and industry best practices, proactively introducing new tools or optimizations.What were looking for:3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation (or equivalent platforms like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or ActiveCampaign).Preferably expertise across multiple HubSpot Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, and automation logic.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Ability to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
