You’ll join a great team that values creativity, experimentation and results.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who has direct experience in the regulated brokerage/CFD space (non-negotiable: at least 3-5 years working at a CFD broker or regulated broker) to lead our global marketing efforts. You will build and execute a full-funnel, data-driven marketing strategy that spans paid acquisition, creatives, video, SEO, AI-enabled innovation, and team leadership. This is a remote role, but you’ll take ownership, collaborate across functions, and occasionally join team meet-ups or industry expos worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple geos (search, display, social, affiliates) with strong ROI, CAC and LTV focus.Oversee the creative process: direct in-house and/or agency teams to develop high-impact creatives (static, motion, video), ensuring brand consistency and localisation.Lead the end-to-end video content creation process - from ideation, scripting, working with agencies or internal video teams, to deployment, optimisation and analytics.Develop and execute an international strategy: market entry, geo segmentation, localisation, channel mix, regulatory nuances, growth levers across regions.Lead SEO strategy: onsite, offsite, technical SEO, content optimisation, link-building – integrate SEO with paid and organic acquisition efforts.Champion “AI-first” thinking: identify and implement how AI tools (creative generation, optimisation, insight generation, predictive analytics) can drive marketing performance and innovation.Manage marketing budgets: allocate spend, forecast, measure efficiency, optimise across channels, report to senior leadership.Analyse and report: track campaign performance, conversion funnels, LTV/CAC, user behaviour; present actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.Represent the company at industry expos, events and meet-ups: help craft event strategy, marketing collateral, speaker or sponsorship opportunities.Lead organic social media content across channels.  Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 3-5 years experience working within a CFD-brokerage or regulated financial services broker environment (non-negotiable).Proven track record running paid acquisition campaigns and achieving strong performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV).Strong experience with creative development (both working with agencies and in-house teams) including video content.Experience building international marketing strategies, adapting for multi-regional/geographical use and localisation.Skilled in video content creation workflows and working with agencies or internal video teams.Decent SEO knowledge: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content strategy.Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be used in marketing (creative generation, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, optimisation).Experience managing substantial marketing budgets, allocating spend across channels, scaling campaigns responsibly.Demonstrated team leadership experience: managing a team of marketers, setting KPIs, providing direction, developing talent.Excellent analytical mindset: comfortable with dashboards, data, making decisions based on insights.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to collaborate across functions (compliance, operations, partnerships) and present to senior stakeholders.Remote-work mindset: self-motivated, disciplined, able to deliver in a remote environment and also engage in team meet-ups, events, expos.Bonus: Previous experience with regulated brokers in multiple jurisdictions; exposure to affiliate marketing channels; familiarity with trading/financial services user journeys.What We OfferFully remote working: work from wherever you are.A dynamic, supportive team unlike typical brokers: we emphasise innovation, culture, collaboration and growth, not just “another broker”.Opportunities to attend industry expos and global meet-ups: engage with partners, clients and the team in person.Autonomy and ownership: you’ll build the marketing function, influence strategy, and have real impact.Competitive salary and benefits (details negotiable).Regular team meet-ups and opportunities to travel for events, workshops and socials.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV, a cover letter at recruitment@switchmarkets.com detailing your experience in the CFD/regulated broker space (specifically referencing campaigns, geos, budgets, creative/video experience, AI usage) and examples/links of campaigns or work if available.
