Senior HR Business Partner – Charlotte, NCConfidential Global ManufacturerA global industry leader in energy and climate solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a large, dispersed field and sales organization across North America. This role partners closely with senior Operations and Sales leaders to drive workforce planning, sales enablement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities • Lead a small HR team supporting branch and regional leaders across the U.S. • Partner on workforce and salesforce planning, org design, and talent pipeline development. • Drive leadership and sales talent development programs and succession planning. • Guide employee relations, labor/union matters, compensation alignment, and engagement initiatives. • Use analytics to drive decision-making and business outcomes.Ideal Profile • 8+ years of progressive HR experience; prior HR leadership preferred. • Background in sales or field-based workforce support, talent development, and employee relations. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
