Senior Inside Sales (Sales Support)

Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage the quotation process within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up with Sales personnel and approvers to support fast turnaround times. This includes a strong understanding of pricing derivation.Ensure timely completion and submission of quotations, monthly closings, and tender documents in accordance with deadlines.Process and follow up on dispute cases and unresolved issues promptly.Handle inbound and outbound quotation-related communications with both internal and external stakeholders.Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding delivery status, lead times, and other sales-related requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.Collaborate closely with vendors to secure competitive pricing.Maintain accurate sales data in CRM/ERP systems, adhering to established sales processes and policies.Organize and manage sales documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.Perform basic financial analysis to assess gross margins, markups, and profitability to support informed sales decisions.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.A strong command of English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Inside Sales or similar role.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Experience in handling tenders, quotations, and sales documentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Solid understanding of the sales and procurement cycle, including dispute resolution.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
