Job PurposeThe Senior Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role by working with operations and sales staff to provide professional opportunity response services that result in the production of strategically focused, professional-looking documents such as proposals, presentations, and statements of qualification.Main Scope/ResponsibilitiesResearch and analysis on client, competitor and market Sales Material development on proposals and marketing materialOpportunity response coordination and / or management and monitoring in alignment with our Sales process Knowledge and process management especially in instilling discipline to follow standard operation procedures and policies pertaining to business developmentTake ownership to develop/improve/implement standard apprearance/style of our documents in compliance with our corporate identityInteracts regularly with operations personnel to support development of sales material (e.g. conducts interviews of Subject Matter Experts) NEFS - No Exception For SafetyAdhere to all company HSE policies and procedures.Prioritize Health and Safety in all Work interactions as JESA value. Never bypass safety controls or engage in unsafe practices.Identify potential hazards in your work area and take steps to minimize risk.EducationBac + 4/5Business Administration / Finance/ EngineeringGlobal Experience5 to 7 yearsSpecific Experience In The PositionBusiness experience is a must. Sales experience is a plus. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Operations.Strong writing & verbal skills in English & French. Industry knowledge
