Location: Morocco Company: CXMAbout the RoleAs a Country Manager at CXM, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across Morocco. Reporting directly to the CEO MENA, you will lead business development efforts, drive regional sales growth, and build a high-performing sales team to support CXM’s long-term expansion strategy.This position is ideal for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in the FX or financial brokerage industry, who possesses an established network of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and team connections to accelerate market entry and revenue generation.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand CXM’s presence.Sales Leadership: Drive business growth through client acquisition and partnership development, achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.Network Utilization: Leverage your existing book of clients, professional network, and sales team referrals to generate immediate business momentum.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a regional sales force, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and client-centric excellence.Partnership Development: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional partners.Operational Expansion: Support the setup of new sales representative offices or regional branches as part of CXM’s expansion roadmap.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments — including marketing, compliance, and product — to ensure seamless operations and client onboarding.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory updates to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.Brand Representation: Represent CXM at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen visibility and brand reputation across the region.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the FX / financial brokerage industry, with regional exposure in GCC or MENA markets.Proven success in leading and scaling sales operations while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.A strong existing book of clients, IB partnerships, and professional network, with the ability to onboard and activate business relationships swiftly.Demonstrated ability to refer, attract, or build a sales team through prior connections and industry relationships.Deep understanding of B2B, IB, and affiliate models, including regulatory and operational considerations.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-driven, and adaptable to evolving market dynamics.Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; fluency in English and Arabic.Why Join CXM?Competitive compensation package with strong performance incentives.Direct reporting line to the CEO MENA, offering strategic visibility and influence.Opportunity to lead CXM’s expansion and establishing a sales representative office in due time.Dynamic, growth-oriented environment with clear career progression opportunities.Collaborative company culture focused on innovation, integrity, and client success.
