Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Senior Interior Designer specializing in commercial projects. The role involves planning and designing innovative interior solutions tailored for client needs, creating detailed construction drawings, and selecting FF&E to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of commercial spaces. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors will be integral to ensure project timelines and standards are met. Qualifications Expertise in Interior Design and Space PlanningProficiency in creating and interpreting Construction DrawingsExperience in Architecture and familiarity with building systemsKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and coordinationStrong project management and communication skillsProficiency in relevant design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similarBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldPrevious experience in designing for commercial spaces is an advantage
