Job SummaryThe Senior Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding high-value clients through informed real estate investment decisions, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires expert market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close premium investment deals within Imarat's portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert real estate investment advisory to clients, including ROI analysis, market trends, and investment feasibility.Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention.Oversee end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, need assessment, presentations, site visits, and deal closures.Maintain deep knowledge of Agency21 projects, inventory, pricing, and investment benefits.Prepare investment proposals, financial projections, and customized advisory plans for clients.Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, operations, documentation & transfer—to ensure smooth deal execution.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high professional standards.Represent Imarat at events, exhibitions, and client engagements.Train junior advisors and support the team with strategic insights.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, presentation, and persuasion skillsIn-depth understanding of Pakistan’s real estate marketAdvanced negotiation and closing abilitiesFinancial and investment analysis skillsClient relationship management (CRM proficiency is a plus)Ability to work under pressure and meet targetsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree.3–5+ years of investment advisory or real estate sales experience (preferably in premium or project-based sales)Proven track record of closing large investment dealsWhat Agency21 OffersCompetitive salary + attractive commissionsProfessional growth with Pakistan’s leading real estate advisory firmHigh-quality leads and marketing supportA collaborative and performance-driven environment
