Senior Investment Analyst

Senior Investment AnalystWe are working directly with the Directors of one of the largest companies in Abu Dhabi.Role Description• Work closely with investment analysts and senior decision makers to assess financial data and identify high potential investment opportunities• Conduct comprehensive due diligence including financial, operational, legal and market analysis• Track performance of existing investments to ensure alignment with internal financial objectives• Stay informed on market activity, macro conditions and industry developments to source new opportunities• Prepare investment memos, presentations and reporting packs for senior leadership review• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including financial institutions, advisors and analysts to review legal investment documentation and ensure it reflects agreed commercial terms• Lead or support deal structuring and negotiation to maximise returns• Ensure investment activities comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policiesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Experience• Proven experience in investment management, private equity, asset management or similar environments• Strong knowledge of the regional investment landscape and regulatory frameworks• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills• Strong understanding of financial markets• High attention to detail• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
