We have grown rapidly generating more than a quarter of a billion dollars of sales and now we have offices across the UK, Europe, the US, the UAE and India.We have delivered projects for some of the world’s largest firms in financial services, governments, and leading fintechs and startups, including JP Morgan, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Rolls Royce.We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join one of our Banking Clients.✅Work location: Gdańsk or Gdynia✅Work setting: hybrid✅Contract: B2BKey Responsibilities:Manage and refine requirements for a team handling the migration and modernization of netbanking functionalities.Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.Analyze existing solution patterns and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for the renewed platform.Understand system integrations and data flows to ensure accurate and efficient system transformation.Support the development team during the design phase to help shape solutions aligned with business needs.Assist the Product Owner in breaking down the roadmap into features and actionable backlog items.Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the end-to-end development process.Maintain clear and structured documentation of requirements.Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Analyst.Strong background in system integration within the financial sector and understanding of architectural principles.Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs (must-have).Experience working with large-scale financial platforms.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Working knowledge of SQL.Ability to define and describe non-functional requirements.Experience collaborating with UX designers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs.Nice to have:Financial domain expertise, ideally in areas such as accounts or payments.Experience with Swagger, Postman, and similar tools.Knowledge of BPMN or UML modelling.Understanding of web application architecture, particularly in the netbanking space.
