As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java applications in a variety of domains, ensuring high performance and scalability.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.Strong proficiency in Java SE and Java EE technologies, including frameworks such as Spring,SpringBoot, Hibernate, and JavaFX.Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL.Experience in automated unit testing and mocking patterns.Proven experience with version control systems such as Git.Experience with microservices architecture, Docker for containerization, and Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.If you are interested, please share your resume at career@firstfintech.com
