Senior Java Engineer-ROMANIA - BASED

We are looking for two highly skilled Senior Java Engineers to join our team and support the development and integration of trading platforms. The ideal candidates will bring deep Java expertise along with hands-on experience in Endur, Murex, or other trading system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications for trading environments.Integrate with platforms such as Endur, Murex, or other trading-related systems.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps.Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of trading applications.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and key technical decisions.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.Required Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in Java development.Proven experience with Endur, Murex, or other trading system integrations.Strong understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data.Solid knowledge of multithreading, performance optimization, and enterprise application architecture.Experience working with RESTful APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, JMS), and relational databases.Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
