Senior Lawyer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer, located in Bhaktapur. The Senior Lawyer will oversee all legal matters including contract negotiations, compliance, legal research, and advisory responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert legal guidance to the organization, drafting and reviewing contracts, representing the company in legal proceedings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
