You’ll shape everything: platforms, processes, content, structure, governance, insights — the lot.You’ll also own their 360Learning platform end-to-end, so if you’re passionate about digital learning and want the autonomy to make things exceptional… you’ll thrive here.What You’ll LeadBuild & run the global L&D engine — from onboarding to leadership development to commercial training.Own the 360Learning LMS — configuration, cohorts, integrations, governance, and optimisation.Design high-impact digital learning using Articulate, SCORM, and interactive content.Manage global programmes across multiple regions (UK, EU, North America).Bring data to life — dashboards, KPIs, reporting to senior leadership.Partner with HR, sales, compliance, and IT to ensure training is aligned, relevant, and engaging.Drive L&D innovation — including AI-enhanced coaching and personalised learning journeys.This role blends strategy, creativity, delivery excellence, and global stakeholder influence.What You BringStrong L&D experience within regulated financial servicesComfortable being hands-on with LMS management — 360Learning experience is a huge plusSkilled in digital content creation (Articulate, SCORM, assessments)Comfortable running large, multi-region programmesConfident influencing senior leaders and shaping learning cultureA doer, a builder, a problem-solver — someone who creates momentum, not slides#Referment
