You will likely bring:Proven experience advising clients on climate risk, net zero / carbon reduction planning and regulatory alignmentStrong technical background in GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3) and climate disclosures (e.g. TCFD, ISSB)Exposure to carbon markets and mechanisms (e.g. offsets, trading, removals)Track record of developing practical, commercial sustainability strategies across sectorsDemonstrated leadership ability – mentoring teams, overseeing delivery, and contributing to business growthStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical work into clear, actionable recommendations for senior clientsRole and Reporting LinesReporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will play a key leadership role within the Advisory division. You will lead delivery on strategic client engagements while helping to shape the growth and direction of the climate and carbon practice.Client Delivery – Lead end-to-end delivery of climate and carbon projects, including climate risk assessments, net zero roadmaps and regulatory compliance engagementsStakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior client stakeholders to translate technical insights into practical strategies and board-level narrativesCarbon & Climate Strategy – Advise clients on GHG inventories, target-setting, disclosure frameworks (TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, etc.) and carbon market initiativesBusiness Development – Support proposals, tenders and go-to-market activities; identify and develop new client opportunitiesInternal Collaboration – Partner with other service lines (risk, finance, transactions, tax, etc.) to develop integrated, cross-functional sustainability solutionsTeam Leadership – Coach and mentor junior team members; contribute to resource planning, capability development and performance reviewsStrategic Advisory – Help clients embed climate and sustainability into investment decisions, capital allocation and long-term strategyPractice Growth – Play an active role in building the profile of the sustainability practice through thought leadership, market engagement and innovationInterested in this position?To apply, please submit your CV to Lisa Tully, who is managing this assignment, via the link below.To discuss the role in more detail, you can contact Lisa on 01 529 4200 in confidenc
