OverviewJob DescriptionThe Senior Manager – ERP & Finance Systems is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the group’s SAP ERP (S/4HANA) ecosystem across Finance and Procurement functions. This includes ownership of SAP Ariba for sourcing and supplier management, and Jedox as the financial planning and budgeting platform. The role ensures process standardization, cross-platform integration, and data integrity across the enterprise, enabling efficiency, automation, and analytics-driven decision making. The Senior Manager partners closely with Finance, Procurement, and HC stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesERP Strategy & GovernanceDefine and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy and group technology standards.Lead ERP transformation and migration initiatives (e.g., from Microsoft Dynamics to SAP S/4HANA or equivalent).Establish strong governance, controls, and data standards across all ERP modules.Ensure compliance with security, data residency, and audit requirements.Finance Systems & Process OptimizationOversee the design, implementation, and support of finance-related modules—General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Financial Planning.Drive automation, AI adoption, and workflow digitization in collaboration with Finance and IT teams.Integrate ERP with other enterprise systems such as HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors), reporting tools (Power BI, SAC, or Visier), tax systems, and banking platforms.Continuously assess and optimize business processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.Implementation, Support & Vendor ManagementLead the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, including requirements, configuration, testing, and cutover.Manage external implementation partners and ensure alignment with contractual SLAs.Oversee issue resolution, enhancements, and change requests.Maintain detailed documentation, configuration guides, and system knowledge base.Stakeholder & Change ManagementPartner with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT to ensure business alignment.Facilitate workshops, UATs, and training for system users.Promote adoption of new processes and tools through effective communication and user engagement.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management for digital finance transformation initiatives.Compliance, Controls & ReportingEnsure ERP systems meet internal audit, SOX, and statutory compliance requirements.Implement role-based access controls and segregation of duties.Oversee finance master data management and ensure data accuracy across entities.Generate actionable insights and analytics through dashboards and financial reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.10+ years of experience managing ERP and finance systems in large or complex organizations.Proven experience in ERP implementation, migration, and post-go-live support (preferably SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics).Strong finance domain knowledge (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Taxation, Treasury).Experience with data migration, system integration, and AI-driven automation.Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, SAP BTP) and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, TRA) is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Abu Dhabi Company Website: https://www.g42.ai Job Function: Management Company Industry/Sector: IT Services and IT ConsultingWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
