Senior Manager - Global Financial Institution Partnerships, Fintech

We are partnering a leading global fintech looking to grow their digital payments and consumer credit solutions. As part of their expansionary plans, they are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to lead Financial Institution Partnerships for their consumer credit products.Responsibilities: • Own and grow relationships with Financial Institutions globally• Drive end-to-end partnership development from sourcing, negotiating to closing.• Work cross-functionally across the organisation with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance and Operations.• Support merchant expansion and growth by launching new payment or credit channels• Oversee operational duties with partners such as troubleshooting, conducting performance reviews and cost optimisationWhat they’re looking for:• 8-12 years of experience in fintech, payments, Financial Institution partnerships, acquiring, or merchant solutions• Strong understanding of local & cross-border payments• High ownership, strong communication skills and comfortable working autonomously
