OverviewKey role in leading and anchoring labour relations at the Plant to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the yearEnsure proactive ELR actions locally - with a focus on employee relations, maintaining positive local labour relations at the Plant, and managing relationship with internal and external union(s)Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationshipsLabour relations liaison with local union organizations to resolve grievances, to lead local negotiations for relevant pay/ contract negotiationsAssist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventionsServe as a trusted employee advisor at all levelsLinking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managersDeliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with CoEsResponsibilitiesManage site employee relationsAdminister local Labor relationsFeed local pulse to HRBPEnsure policy consistency/compliance with rules and lawsProvide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talentHelp business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)Local community/government employment agency contactKey point of contact for grievance handling for the siteOverall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the siteAssist TA to identify local sources of talentPartner with CoEs to:Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagementExecute communicationsDevelop local succession plansPlay an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work(leveraging the COE work for local activation).Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policiesQualificationsExperience and Qualification10-12 Years of Experience in Plant HR operations. IR knowledge is mustSkills And Behavioural AttributesFunctional CompetenciesStrong Employee and Labour Relations capabilityExcellent knowledge of Labour Laws/ LegislationAble to build trust with large groups of employeesStrong negotiation skillsCoaching & consulting skillsAble to gain strong Local Business Knowledge & Insights
