Facilitating new joiner onboarding, ensure timely creation of employee IDs, and maintain accurate records in HR systems.Maintaining and updating employee information in HR databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Coordinating with vendors for background checks, track progress, and ensure timely closure of pending cases.Preparing and issuing employee letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR-related documents.Handling vendor invoice verification, coordination with finance, and timely processing of payments related to HR operations.Providing documentation and process support during internal and external HR audits; ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.We hope that you have… 2-3 Years of experience.Eye on details and accuracy.Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/tools.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or a related field.
