Job Description

Understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau policy documents Reviewing and updating the MRC/Endorsement data into the client systems Premium calculation based on available data Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary) Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints Basic knowledge of Lloyd’s and London market practices Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements Basic knowledge of complete MS Office suite Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education or diploma in any discipline Minimum 6-12 months of relevant work experience
