With 4,400 consultants in Japan, and 3,100 in overseas offices concentrated in Asia, our 7,500 consultants and global alliance partners provide truly comprehensive services.Responsibilities:Lead the establishment and delivery of AI-related services for the banking sectorDevelop go-to-market strategies and release AI solutions to clientsBuild and manage a high-performing AI service team based on business growthGuide team members on technical and business aspects of AI deliveryAct as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within ABeamContribute to internal capability building and innovationDrive ABeam's visibility and thought leadership in the AI marketRepresent the company in external events and client-facing engagementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sectorMinimum 5 years leading AI-related initiatives in banks or consulting firmsHands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms (e.g., ADA)Strong understanding of AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoringFamiliarity with AI applications across banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operationsPractical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks)Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusabilityProven track record in building and leading AI-focused teamsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience interfacing with consultant level executivesPrior experience working in a consulting environment and exposure to knowledge management platforms (e.g., ALAN) are a plusWhy Join UsAt ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
