In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Commercial Supply Chain Operations, driving success for our rapidly expanding Emerging Asia business.As a key member of our EA leadership team, you will:Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain organizationShape and execute strategic, tactical, and operational supply chain plansOptimize processes to support business growth and deliver outstanding resultsIf you are a dynamic leader with a passion for supply chain excellence and organizational development, we invite you to join us and help shape the future of healthcare.Key Accountability General Supply Chain ManagementManage budget development and financial targets for department cost centers, including expenditure and capital projections.Implement global/regional integrated supply chain processes locally to optimize operations.Build and strengthen the supply chain organization by hiring and retaining top talent. Develop associates to enhance their performance, potential, and skills.Drive and support regional supply chain projects.Identify, communicate, and resolve supply issues in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.Maintain and revise local SOPs to ensure compliance with Hologic standards and policies.Drive key projects to improve tools, processes, productivity, and compliance.Customer Service OperationsOversee the entire order entry process to ensure accuracy and timely processing while coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing order status updates and resolving any discrepancies promptly.Lead, train, and mentor the customer service/order entry team, establishing clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, address customer complaints, and investigate root causes to implement corrective actions.S&OPDevelop and oversee demand forecasting and supply planning processes to align sales forecasts with production capabilities.Facilitate regular S&OP meetings with stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on forecasts and production schedules.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.Work with the global planning strategy team to implement strategies and initiatives in the S&OP process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to market changes.Play the required supply chain role in the overall product portfolio and product life cycle management.Logistics: Warehousing & Distribution (W&D)Optimize inbound and outbound logistics, including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation.Manage all logistics activities to ensure product availability meets demand as per sales forecasts at optimized costs.Monitor and evaluate the performance of key logistics/distribution service providers and initiate corrective actions as needed.Support supply/distribution agreements by coordinating with legal consultants and key suppliers to ensure product availability and service quality.Key Prerequisites Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering 8-12 years’ experience in supply chain functions, with minimum 5 years’ people management experienceExperience in medical device company will be an advantage.
