Roles & ResponsibilitiesOur client is a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency chiller systems, renowned for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to providing exceptional after-sales support to a wide range of industrial and commercial customers.ResponsibilitiesHands-On Technical Expertise: Perform routine maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on a range of industrial and commercial chillers.New System Commissioning: Lead the commissioning process for new chiller installations, collaborating with contractors and clients to ensure all systems are functioning according to design specifications.Customer & Contractor Management: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing technical advice, and educating clients on best practices.
