You will drive GTM strategy with a hands-on approach in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals , while ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to align with direct customer needs . Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Revenue Accountability Oversee sales team performance, setting clear KPIs for user adoption, customer acquisition and renewal targets. Optimize sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM) to drive efficiency and pipeline conversion. GTM Strategy & Market Expansion Execute GTM strategy for SaaS products in China, including market positioning and pricing strategies to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.Analyze local market trends and competitor strategies to refine GTM tactics, ensuring rapid market penetration and share capture. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing to develop localized campaigns and lead-generation programs tailored to SaaS buyer personas.Coordinate with the customer success team and product teams to relay customer feedback and prioritize feature enhancements for the China market. Risk & Compliance Ensure all GTM and sales activities comply with local regulations (e.g., data privacy laws) and global standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred. Experience: 10+ years in SaaS GTM, sales leadership, or business development, with a proven track record in scaling adoption and revenue in China. Skills: Expertise in SaaS sales models, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Traits: Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Preferably with experience in industrial software companies. 🏢 Our hybrid schedule Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week.
