Apple’s Marcom group is a team of creatives, producers, and planners that help develop and execute Apple’s marketing strategy. Marcom manages the package design, retail and channel environments, motion graphics, films, events materials, direct marketing, as well as Apple. As a Social Media Producer for Greater China Marcom, you’ll be primarily responsible for ensuring the flawless development, adaptation, and execution of world-class communications on social platforms. You’ll do this in collaboration with Brand Manager, Content Manager, Creatives, and Production Teams.Key QualificationsBilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.2 ~ 3 years experience working with influencers/KOLs/KOCs across lifestyle, tech, and culture verticals, ideally within a learning digital agency or brand environment.Deep understanding of Douyin and other short-form video platforms (e.g. rednote), including platform algorithms, trends, formats, and best practices.Strong sense of visual storytelling and content aesthetics suited to Gen Z.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and strategies across a global organization.Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional creative and production teams.High level of professional judgement and autonomy.Self managed and independent.Must be attentive to details.DESCRIPTION: Have a deep knowledge of Apple, its products, its business prioritization to help the team deliver world-class communications on social media platforms.Own and manage the creative development process for social media programs, from planning, design, to development and implementation. Manage multiple workflows and deliver project on time, and help set expectations for team while keeping all ongoing tasks on track. Partner with Creatives and Production Teams closely and push for creative and tech innovation for social media programs, with the goal of maximizing Apple’s impact and influence in the social media landscape.Education & ExperienceBachelor or above degrees in communication, marketing, etc
