Facility Engineer/厂务工程师（海安工厂）

该职位来源于猎聘To organize and carry out periodic preventive maintenance for facility and production equipment according to schedule按照预定计划组织开展设施和生产设备定期预防性维修To determine root cause of production equipment and facility failure, and take quick response to get production equipment and facility repaired as well as to provide appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of the failure and elimination of the failure. 确定生产设备和设施的故障的根本原因,并采取快速反应生产设备和设施修复以及提供适当的解决方案,以减少故障发生和消除故障。Recommend and work out solutions for the upgrade/modification of equipment to meet the requirement of new process and product. 建议和解决方案升级/修改设备来满足新工艺和产品的要求。Work out annual preventive schedule for production equipment and facility制定设备和设施年度预防性计划Be completely involved in the design and execution of facility layout proposal参与设施布局方案的设计和执行Maintain an error-proof execution for machine maintenance and repairing, drive Continuous Improvement in regular daily work. 做好设备的维护和修理,推动持续改进常规的日常工作Define and execute reasonable /effective maintenance cost control plan制定维护成本控制计划，执行合理有效Update technical documents regarding equipment systemically and completely设备系统技术文档建立Support the introduction of the new equipment as well as installation and commission etc.支持新设备的引入以及安装和调试等Liaise with vendor to have right control of the equipment and facility condition与供应商联络，以正确控制设备和设施状况等Support the design and fabrication of production jig and fixture etc.as required支持生产夹具及固定装置的设计和制造等Other duty assigned by the manager. 由经理分配的其他职责
