For more information, click here.Role Reports ToSenior Director Global Brand ProtectionLocation:Asia Pacific, China, Shanghai, ShanghaiWork Location:HybridWhat You Will DoThe Senior Manager, Global Brand Protection, Greater China and Japan is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing processes, programs, and policies to protect consumers, customers, business, and brand reputation from illicit trade activities:Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to protect the global brand in the Greater China region and Japan Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate brand risks Monitor and enforce brand protection policies and procedures Collaborate with legal teams to address intellectual property issues Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand protection Develop and implement comprehensive brand protection strategies to safeguard consumers, customers, and business from illicit trade activities such as counterfeiting, illegal diversion, and tampering Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess brand protection risks, align on business objectives, and recommend effective strategies and countermeasures Lead and oversee regional Product Security Investigations & Enforcement team to enhance market intelligence, threat assessment, and detection of counterfeit and illicit trade Formulate and execute regional brand protection risk management strategies in alignment with global initiatives Manage cross-functional brand protection programs including product security investigations, Customs/trademark recordals, and brand protection audits/risk assessments Implement best practices and technologies to mitigate illicit trade risks and enhance brand protection Drive industry-leading thinking in Brand Protection and collaborate with industry partners to stay ahead of emerging threats Provide timely and effective communication to the team regarding brand protection mission and objectives Supervise and guide a team of PSI&E contractors or support staff to ensure effective execution of brand protection initiativesIf you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
