At HemoCue, our purpose is advancing care, test by test, everywhere.The Senior Manager Global Business Systems for HemoCue is responsible for:Securing the day-to-day operation of HemoCue most important Business Systems like ERP D365, Integration platform, QMS - SmartSolve, CRM – Salesforce and BI - Qlik and Power BI, including around 40 supporting systems globally.Managing a team of 7 consisting of Enterprise Architect, Master Data & Business Process Modelling Manager and 5 Business Application Specialists – each one with its own portfolio of Applications.Driving continuous improvements and connect IT and Business making sure our Business Application landscape is compliant and supports an efficient and effective HemoCue Business.This position is part of the IT Organization located in Ängelholm and will be on-site. In the team we nurture an open and supportive environment where we take responsibility and help each other to deliver what we have promised at the same time as we develop as individuals and teams.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToContinue to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HemoCues Business processes through leading the development of our Business System landscape.Lead a team of 7 in a global environment with high focus on following regulations.Implementation of new techniques, tools, and initiatives to enhance the team’s ability to support the business.Manage stakeholder relationships with various business functions such as Operations, Sales, R&D, Marketing and Facility – Globally at four different sites.Secure compliance to laws and regulations like – ISO27001, IT SOX, ISA315, FDA Software validation.Lead and/or participate in assigned projects.Deepening your leadership skills.The Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or IT.5-7 years of management experience or proven leadership personality.At least 5 years of experience with System Management.At least 5 years of track record in delivering multiple business systems and business analysis/projects.Your communication skills in English are on a high level.
