We are now looking for a senior manager to lead one of our units driving TRATON into the future of products and solutions.The project office is an active part of transforming the Solution development to be fit for the future. This means that we will find new ways of working in a dynamic environment as well as keeping and refining what already works.At the same time, we are also active in driving the processes forward in regard to product and solution development within the TRATON group. You will have an important role in driving these areas forward together with your team and the rest of the project office.Job ResponsibilitiesHeading the Embedded Electrics team consisting of experienced project managers and project coordinators running projects primarilly within the Embedded system area. The unit is organized in same section as E-mobility, Autonomous and Mechatronic solution project management teams. Experience from big and complex Embedded software development projects is a merit.As a Senior Unit Head within the TRATON Project Office, you will: Lead and Coach a team of experienced project managers and coordinators within a defined area. Be responsible for part of Traton project portfolio. Be part of the section management team and the extended management team for the global TRATON project office. Contribute to developing the future direction of the Project Office through your experience and perspective.Who You AreWe are looking for a senior leader with solid experience in product development and cross-functional collaboration. You bring a broad understanding of our products and can navigate complex environments with a clear strategic mindset.You are confident in your leadership and able to provide direction and clarity, particularly in settings involving experienced professionals and senior stakeholders. You lead with purpose and integrity, and are comfortable representing your team in cross-brand forums and executive-level discussions.Your leadership style is based on trust, accountability and the ability to adapt to different people and situations.
