Come and join us in Copenhagen at one of the most loved brands in the world where you can have maximum impact!****Please apply with an English CV********No relocation support offered****Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Technology EnablementAct as the primary internal expert in the DSP partnership, driving effective onboarding, configuration, and utilisation across global markets managing seat structures, user permissions, billing, and data integrations.Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, unlock new features, and ensure global alignment with platform standards.Lead training, documentation, and capability building across internal teams to elevate DSP knowledge and self-sufficiency.Governance & ProcessDefine and maintain global standards for campaign setup, taxonomy, naming conventions, and trafficking workflows.Ensure brand safety, fraud prevention, and compliance measures are consistently applied and updated to remain optimum.Partner with legal, procurement, and IT teams on data usage, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA etc.), and platform contracts.Establish quality assurance processes to minimise errors and ensure campaign accuracy.Data, Measurement & IntegrationOversee data integrations between DSPs, ad servers, CDPs, and analytics platforms.Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable targeting, segmentation, and attribution models.Support with the implementation of first-party data strategies, creative asset solutions, and clean room technologies where relevant.Ensure that campaign data is accessible, accurate, and consistently structured for reporting and optimisation.Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with programmatic strategists and activation specialists to ensure smooth campaign delivery.Provide proactive technical troubleshooting and enablement support to regional teams.Act as a key liaison with external tech providers, measurement partners, and publishers.Share platform updates, beta opportunities, and market intelligence with the wider team.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement automation opportunities to drive workflow efficiency.Drive adoption of new DSP capabilities, formats, and integrations.Maintain a global playbook of guidelines, continually refining based on findings and emerging trends.Champion operational excellence, ensuring that the team can scale efficiently as programmatic investment grows.Play your part in our team succeeding!We are seeking a Programmatic Media Enablement Senior Manager to join our in-house digital agency team. This person will ensure that our global programmatic activity runs efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest possible standard. Acting as the connective tissue between platforms, data, operations, and strategy, this person will build and maintain the infrastructure that supports teams across regions and markets to successfully implement campaigns.This role will require extensive cross-functional collaboration with planners, activation specialists, analytics, ad operations, and external partners. It will serve as the subject-matter guide for our DSP partners, ensuring consistent adoption of the best ways of working, technical enablement, and scalable processes worldwide.Do you have what it takes?In-depth experience in programmatic media operations, ad tech enablement, or DSP management (global experience much preferred).Hands-on expertise with all major DSPs, with experience in advanced troubleshooting and integration management.Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem including ad servers, DMPs/CDPs, brand safety, identity solutions, and measurement frameworks.Proven track record to define and implement governance processes at scale.Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills; able to informally influence and convince peers and partners.Highly organised with a focus on precision, process, and operational efficiency.Comfortable working across multiple markets, regions, time zones, and cultural contexts.English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)Join the global LEGO® family!What’s in it for you?
