Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)Term: 24-month contractReports To: Chief Information OfficerDirect Report: Service Desk ManagerCommitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology Services to provide hands-on technical leadership and operational oversight of a corporate IT environment during a period of transformation.This is a unique opportunity for a strategic yet technically skilled leader who thrives in complex hybrid environments and enjoys balancing operational stability with modernization initiatives.You’ll ensure the performance, reliability, and security of IT systems while supporting several key transformation projects, including:Identity and access management modernization (Okta)Microsoft 365 tenant restructuringData center decommissioning and cloud migrationERP and middleware implementationThe ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure expertise with leadership, project collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & OperationsOversee the management of hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-basedEnsure smooth operations of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune environments.Maintain secure, reliable network connectivity across all locations and platforms.Manage system patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.Oversee IT service management tools and processes to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction.Provide escalation-level technical troubleshooting and operational support when required. Project Delivery & CollaborationSupport and execute key transformation initiatives, including IAM rollout, M365 tenant transitions, data center migrations, and ERP integrations.Partner closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to align technical readiness with business objectives.Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful technical delivery.Security & ComplianceCollaborate with information security teams to maintain endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and patch compliance.Implement and enforce robust access controls, identity governance, and conditional access policies.Support IT audit and compliance requirements and maintain proper governance documentation.Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and mentor the Service Desk Manager and technical staff to promote operational excellence.Manage vendor relationships across infrastructure, cloud, and software domains.Maintain thorough documentation, SOPs, and configuration records to support knowledge continuity.Qualifications10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure/operations experience, including 3+ yrs in a leadership role.Hands-on expertise with:Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and IntuneOn-prem Exchange, Azure Public Cloud and SQL administration,Windows Server and VMwareITSM and ITIL practicesProven track record leading IT transformations, IT Helpdesk and hybrid environment migrations.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.Why JoinThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization’s IT transformation.
