We are a group of humble, kind, and self-aware individuals - there is no room for bullying, gossip, racism, or any other kind of discrimination or intolerance here.____________________________________________________________________________________Job Type: Hybrid (Only accepting applicants from AZ)Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 + Bonus opportunitySchedule/Availability: Business Operating Hours including extended hours and weekend availability if needed.Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:Must have the ability to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment.Frequently talking and listening to clients and co-workers in person and on phone.Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.About This Exciting Role:As a Senior Manager, Inventory at Skin Laundry you will have a passion for process improvement and driving efficiency, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to explain inventory concepts in a simple and straightforward manner.You will work alongside our Logistics team as well as collaborate across departments such as Data & Analytics, Operations, Medical, and our Field teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.What you'll be responsible for: Develop and implement retail and consumable inventory management strategy across product lifecycleDevelop and manage inventory and audit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage from theft, damage, or misplacementDevelop and manage Inventory training (Front of House and Providers)Partner with our Warehouse Supervisor to resolve low stock support tickets and address urgent replenishment needsCollaborate with our Data & Analytics team to develop Inventory KPIs and reportingUtilize Demand Forecasting Dashboard to monitor and manage inventory replenishments (clinic shipments, warehouse orders, shopify orders) to ensure adequate stockUtilize Product Dashboard to monitor and manage audits and shrink across clinic teamsCollaborate with our Medical team to implement an efficient process for how to draw up consumables and track inventoryPartner with our Marketing team to align inventory planning with promotional timelinesWhat you will support with: Provide guidance on supply chain and vendor relations (i.e., best approaches to coordinate with suppliers and manage logistics (i.e., order and direct ship to clinic process))Stay informed on inventory management best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvementAbout you:A Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management or a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)6+ years of experience with at least 3 years in Inventory Management and/or 2 years in a leadership roleLean Six Sigma Certification is a plusExperience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plusStrong understanding of supply chain processes is essentialStrategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, lead cross-functional initiatives and change managementAbility to teach and explain inventory concepts to a business audienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and organization skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote work environmentEmployee Benefits & Perks:Skin Laundry Employee Treatment & Product Discount Program Vacation leave, sick leave, and paid holidays Parental Leave Health insurance - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options 401kFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - Health Care and Dependent CareVoluntary Term Life insurance for employee, spouse, and child(ren)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)Voluntary Commuter BenefitsVoluntary Legal BenefitsVoluntary Group Accident insuranceVoluntary Critical Illness insuranceVoluntary Hospital Indemnity insuranceADP LifeMart - discounted products, services, and experiencesCalm App subscription We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about transforming the skin care & beauty industry.
