Position: Senior Manager – InvestmentDepartment: Wealth Management / Investment BankingLocation: IndonesiaReports to: Head of Investment ManagementRole SummaryThe Senior Manager – Investment is responsible for driving BNI’s investment strategy, managing client portfolios, developing high-value investment products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk standards. The role focuses on delivering strong portfolio performance and supporting BNI’s growth in wealth and investment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and execution of investment strategies aligned with BNI’s product offerings.Manage client and institutional investment portfolios to achieve performance targets.Conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.Review, design, and enhance investment products, including mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and market-linked solutions.Provide advisory support to Priority Banking and Wealth Advisors on suitable investment recommendations.Monitor macroeconomic indicators, market movements, and regulatory changes affecting investments.Ensure all investment processes comply with OJK regulations, internal controls, and BNI risk frameworks.Prepare investment reports, product performance reviews, and executive dashboards for management.Manage relationships with asset managers, fund houses, and external investment partners.Support training of frontline teams on product knowledge and portfolio advisory.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsDeep understanding of capital markets, wealth products, and portfolio constructionExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client advisory skillsRisk management and regulatory knowledge (OJK, BI regulations)Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-makingQualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 7–10 years’ experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or capital marketsCertifications preferred: WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi), CFA, CFP, or similar
