Lead a team of operational excellence professionals, while serving as a valued partner with our LOB/Function Senior Leaders to drive operational excellence across the enterprise.Manages Activities Involving The Producibility And Quality Of The Product, And The Processes That Directly Pertain, Encompassing Primarily One Or More Of The Following Engineering Disciplinesfailure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
