Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Dubai)Experience Required: 10 – 12 YearsCompensation: AED 180,000 – 240,000 (All-Inclusive)Eligibility: Anyone with a valid UAE Work PermitJob OverviewThe Vice President – Sales (International Markets) will lead global B2B sales operations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, managing multi-region teams, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding the company’s international market footprint.You will manage global P&L for sales, strengthen partnerships with top travel agencies and wholesalers, and represent the brand across international trade fairs and B2B events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the global sales team across multiple international regions. Own P&L for international sales; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Define and execute strategic market expansion plans for high-potential regions. Establish sales processes, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks. Build deep relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, OTAs, and DMCs. Monitor global market trends, competitor movements, and pricing intelligence. Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance on go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at major trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Recruit, mentor, and develop regional sales heads for performance excellence. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, insights, and analytics to leadership. Support budgeting, pricing models, alliances, and long-term commercial strategy. Ensure cross-region collaboration and unified international sales strategy. Must-Have Qualifications10+ years of experience in international B2B sales (travel, hospitality, tourism, or distribution). Proven success managing multi-country sales teams and achieving large-scale revenue goals. Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems (wholesalers, OTAs, DMCs, aggregators). Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multicultural, travel-intensive environment. Exposure to digital distribution, XML connectivity, and B2B booking platforms. Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience working with global travel agencies, airlines, tour operators. Strong network across Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific markets. Prior leadership roles in regional or global business expansion. Understanding of online reservation platforms and travel technology. Additional GuidelinesWork Arrangement: Work from office, extensive international travel required.
