Speaks, reads and writes Fluently in English and Spanish.Knowledge of common software used in the industry (Minitab, solid works, office package, etc). Project management skills.Strong knowledge of process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ and PPQ).Can assess the need for validation and prepare a validation plan.Knowledge of PFMEA and control plan.Soft SkillsClear and professional communications to all levels of the organization are important in this role and you will have well-developed written and oral communication skills.Capable of mentoring other engineers and technicians.Focused on results.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, develop and implement a wide range of new technologies of significant scope and complexity.Originate new documents such as protocols, reports, specifications and work-instructions.
