Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job SummarySeeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier qualification for aerospace components. This role focuses on developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, validating supplier processes, and ensuring readiness for production.ResponsibilitiesCreate and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, routings, control plans).Review and validate supplier manufacturing processes and capability data.Support supplier qualification, PPAP, FAI, audits, and risk assessments.Perform PFMEA and process capability studies.Ensure documentation is complete and approved for NPI release.Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturability issues.Drive improvements in documentation standards and processes.Required Skills & Experience5–8 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (aerospace preferred).Strong experience in supplier qualification and supplier quality processes.Hands-on experience with NPI, FAI, PPAP, and PFMEA.Proficient in creating manufacturing/process documentation.Ability to analyze data, process flows, and capability metrics.Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and supply chain teams.Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9145 preferred).
