We advocate for our members, providing expert advice, resources and tailored services to ensure they deliver exceptional care to older Australians.Description:About the Role: You will create campaigns and drive strategic, data-informed marketing initiatives that strengthen Ageing Australia’s brand, increase engagement and boost uptake of products and services of benefit people in the aged care sector.You will elevate our digital marketing program so that we are engaging people with relevant, impactful and timely information received by them at an appropriate cadence.In this role, you will be responsible for:Business partnering meeting regularly with senior leads within defined Ageing Australia portfolio areas, to develop and deliver a marketing plan aligned to their annual business plans. developing and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and to generate enquires about services and solutions. defining measures, analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Digital marketing being an internal expert in marketing automation tools and digital campaign development managing a large complex direct mail marketing channel and stakeholders with varied priorities working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Advisor, to segment audiences and target communications effectively, as well as develop effective ways to map and engage members and non-members throughout their digital customer journeys. Content and general marketing supporting broader marketing initiatives aligned to our strategic goals, including identifying and developing (directly or through internal and external partners) content. ensuring Ageing Australia brand integrity is maintained across all deliverables. About You:To thrive in this role, you will combine strategic marketing insight with a member-centric mindset, driving campaigns that strengthen engagement and grow our community. You are happy to share knowledge with others and to be a team player.To succeed in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications, the arts, or equivalent. Ten plus years of experience in marketing. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders. Experience in creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns with measurable and impactful results. Experience of using marketing automation tools and website technology (HubSpot and WordPress are current Ageing Australia tools). Experience managing a direct marketing channel that ensures the cadence and content of communications is appropriate for the audience’s experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment in supporting and delivering project-based work and activities. Knowledge and experience of the care and/or for-purpose sector, with an understanding of relevant reforms and workforce challenges will be highly regarded. Experience providing high-level customer service across all levels of the organisation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to prepare high quality written material and to make oral presentations that meet the needs of a wide range of audiences in compelling ways including negotiation and facilitation. Excellent digital literacy skills and competent use of online platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong time management skills and ability to identify and risk manage possible barriers. Awareness and compliance with WHS requirements.
