Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, managing product listings, optimising the customer journey, and driving sales growth through digital channels. This role will report into the General Manager and work closely with the marketing, design, and studio teams to ensure Bonnie and Neil’s online presence is seamless, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s identity.Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Strategy and Management:Lead and execute the end-to-end e-commerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the online shopping experience.Daily management of the online store on the Bonnie and Neil website, including overseeing product updates, merchandising, promotions, and content.Monitor, analyse and enhance key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising. Product Listings and Merchandising:Ensure accurate and engaging product listings with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords.Manage product categorisation, inventory updates, and seasonal updates to keep the online store fresh and aligned with the Bonnie and Neil aesthetic.Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure product imagery and content align with the brand’s creative direction. User Experience Optimisation:Optimise the user experience on the website to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey.Lead efforts to improve site performance, including page speed, mobile optimisation, and navigation.Manage customer service inquiries related to online orders and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales and Revenue Growth:Monitor sales trends and inventory levels to optimise product availability and ensure the right products are promoted at the right time.Develop and implement strategies to increase average order value, reduce cart abandonment, and improve conversion rates. Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) to gather insights and create data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions.Coordinate with the studio team to manage order fulfilment, stock levels, and shipping processes.Stay up to date on e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to keep Bonnie and Neil’s online store competitive. Key Requirements:3-5 years proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand environment.Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing (Klayvio) A comprehensive knowledge of UX/UI design and conversion rate optimisation principles.Experience in managing digital agency relationships. Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for homewares, design, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
